Community Door eTraining is managed by the Queensland Council of Social Service (QCOSS).


How do I set up an account on Community Door eTraining?

Click on sign up on the menu bar and fill in the form. You will be sent an account confirmation email to the email account you have signed up with. You need to click the link to approve the account.

If you have not received the email please check your junk or clutter folders in your inbox.

Your organisation's email policy may also prevent the email from being delivered successfully. If you fail to receive it after repeated attempts please check with your IT support.

How do I change my password?

If you have forgotten your password go to the Log in page  and click on ‘Forgotten your username or password?’.

Follow the prompts to reset your password.


Do I need an account to access the courses?

Yes, you need an account to access course material.

If you want to complete the activities and receive a certificate of completion then you must have an account and enrol on the course.


How do I enrol on the course?

To access activities and download completion certificates for each course, you must enrol on the course. Click on the course heading for the unit you wish to complete, and click the "Enrol me" button at the bottom of the page.

If you are not logged in or have not yet created an account, you will be redirected to do so before you can enrol.


Why can't I download my certificate?

Most of our courses will ask you to complete specific sections and/or quizzes to be able to access a certificate. You will need to have manually checked all sections and completed the quizzes to be able to download a certificate.

You can track your progress throughout each unit of our courses by paying particular attention to these messages:
