How do I set up an account on QCOSS Community Door eTraining?
Click on ‘sign up’ on the menu bar and fill in the form (see below). You will be sent a confirmation email to the email account you have signed up with. You need to click the link to approve the account.
If you have not received the email please check your junk folder in your email inbox.

How do I change my
If you have forgotten your password go to the ‘Log in page’ and click on ‘Forgotten your username or password?’ (See below).
Follow the prompts to reset your password.
Do I need an account to access the courses?
You do not need an account to access the courses as you can go through the courses as a guest.
However you do need have an account and you need to enrol on the course to be able to complete the quizzes and receive a certificate of completion.
How do I enrol on the course?
To access quizzes and to be able to download the certificates on each course you must have enrolled on the course. Each course has an enrol button.
Why can’t I download my certificate?
Most courses will ask you to complete the sections and/or quizzes to be able to access the certificate. You will need to have manually checked all sections and completed the quizzes to be able to download the certificate.
