In your role as a community and disability services worker, you will be required to complete a range of work-related forms and documents. These include forms that support business processes, and those that contain personal data subject to strict privacy rules.  This section looked at the administrative protocols relating to how forms and documents are completed, used and stored in the workplace.

In this section you looked at:

  • selecting the appropriate form for your purpose
  • completing workplace forms and documents in accordance with organisational protocols and procedures
  • following organisational protocols and procedures for the submission of personal documents.
