Communicating your message

On occasion, you may be required to develop a new form or document for a specific purpose.

The format you choose will be determined by the preference of your organisation.  Whatever format you choose, pay particular attention to how well your document conveys your message, through:

  • its purpose, message and audience
  • the layout of the information
  • use of headings and paragraphs to make the document easy to read
  • use of logos, disclaimers, privacy and copyright statements.
