Organisational strategies

Providing excellent community service to all clients involves research into meeting the needs of diverse client groups. As part of the role of community services, the organisation may have a strategic plan for meeting the needs of a cross-cultural clientele. Part of this plan should be to have a strategy in place for dealing with different situations which may arise.

Again, doing some research and having a plan of action to serve each group’s needs will make your work life happier and more fulfilling, and your client’s experience more comfortable. Journals are a good way to record situations and identify issues for research and improvement.
